Cooling hydrogel eye patches designed to refresh, brighten and smooth the delicate under-eye area. The essence-rich formula features PDRN, TECA (Centella Asiatica), niacinamide, glutathione and retinol to help improve the look of puffiness, dark circles and fine lines.
