How to use
The toner has water and emulsion layers that separate; shake well before every use. Pour a few drops into your palms and gently pat it onto clean, dry skin. (You can also use a cotton pad, but hands are best to maximize hydration and plumpness). If your skin is very dry, you can layer it up to 3 times to get that coveted "glass skin" glow. Lock the hydration in with a moisturizer.
